We booked the deluxe suite, which had a lovely balcony overlooking the river and a serene church. While the description suggested two bedrooms, we found it to be one large room accommodating a bed and a sofa bed for our children. Regardless, the comfy mattress provided good rest after our excursions. We truly enjoyed the fresh mountain air and vibrant village life, which made up for any minor discrepancies in the room's setup. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short stroll from the main square, allowing us time to explore. Breakfast was simple yet decent for a one-star hotel, with enough options to keep our kiddos satisfied. With friendly staff and family-centric amenities, we appreciated the inclusive environment. Our experience here reminded us of the beauty of cultural exchange, a value I cherish in my work as a peace activist. Kakopetria is a unique spot to unwind with family.
